Server Image Store #

Upload your logo and images for use in email templates, reports, presentations, and profiles. PCRecruiter provides this option so you may link to an image vs. browsing to upload from your computer. This will ensure the recipient will always see the image which cannot be guaranteed if you add it on the fly by uploading it from your computer.

How to add an Image to the Server Image Store #

  1. Click the System icon on the Main Toolbar
  2. Click Database Maintenance
  3. Click Server Image Store
  4. Click Add
  5. Browse for the image file on your computer
  6. Click Upload

The image is stored with a URL. You are able to click on the URL or copy it for adding images elsewhere in PCR.

Adding an Image to an Email #

Emails sent from PCR can include inserted images. We recommend adding image links directly from the Server Image Store to reduce any unnecessary HTML coding in your emails.

  1. From any email window (Form Letter or manually composing an email), click the toolbar icon for Insert/Edit Image.
  2. If the image is in the Server Image Store, copy/paste the URL directly in the Source field.
    • Use From File to browse and select an image from your computer, this is not recommended.
  3. Optional: Add an Image Description
  4. Optional: Manually adjust the image Dimensions in pixels
  5. Optional: Check or Uncheck Constrain proportions, this effects the ability to resize the uploaded image.
  6. Click OK

Adding an Image to a Name or Company Record #

Name and Company records allow a photo/logo to be uploaded and displayed in the Social Networking Toolbar. Our PCR Capture extension has the ability to automatically add the profile picture from the recruiting site a record is capture from, if one is available, but you can also manually upload a photo directly from within PCR.

  1. Access a Name or Company record
  2. Click the record icon (circle button) at the top of the Social Networking Toolbar
  3. Click Select File to browse for an image file on your computer, the file will be automatically uploaded once opened.
  4. If using the Server Image Store, paste the external URL for the image and click Upload URL
  5. Click Close

Adding Branding to your Candidate Presentations #

Images can also be added to your Candidate Presentations templates.

  1. Click the System icon on the Main Toolbar
  2. Click Presentations
  3. Click Candidate Presentation Templates
  4. Select the desired template from the Select/Create Templates dropdown menu, or click here to learn how to create new Candidate Presentation Templates.
  5. If you click the blank space at the top of the template window, you will get a pop up to add a Banner Image
  6. Click Browse to select an image from your computer
    • Multiple images can be uploaded to your templates
  7. Once an image has been uploaded, it will be listed as an option towards the bottom of the window.
  8. Click on an image file to set the display settings in the presentation.
  9. To remove an image, click on the image file and then Remove Current Image.
  10. Click Close.
