Rollups have the ability to be exported to a file from PCRecruiter.
- Select Rollups from the main toolbar
- Click on the number under the record type of any rollup list to access the records you wish to export.
- Choose the Export icon from the Action toolbar.
- The export function will export your current rollup layout fields, to learn how to customize these fields click here.
- If you check Default Fields, the export will include default record and contact information.
- Click either CSV or XLSX to export in the desired file format.
