Seek is a heavily used Job Posting platform used internationally (mainly Australia and New Zealand). With this PCRecruiter integration, users can easily post their jobs to Seek, and begin receiving applicants inside of PCRecruiter.

Enable Seek #

  1. Select System from the main toolbar
  2. Select Web Extensions Classic
  3. Choose Job Board List
  4. Select the checkbox for Seek
  5. Save

Configure Seek #

  1. Select Position from the main toolbar
  2. Choose any position in your database
  3. From the position record choose Post Job from the dropdown on the right.
  4. Select Action, followed by Configure for the Seek column
  5. Enter your Seek Advertiser ID
  6. Check box to Sync Applications (This will happen every 15 minutes.)
  7. Check the box for Mandatory Standouts to assign positions as standouts.
  8. Save

Post a Job to Seek #

  1. Select the Position you would like to post
  2. Choose Post Job from the dropdown on the right
  3. Select the checkbox for Seek
  4. Next
  5. Follow the presented prompts from Seek
  6. Post when finished

When a candidate applies to your job posting you will receive the following in your database:

  • Resume
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
