Email a Resume

There are several ways to email or submit resumes through PCRecruiter

Resume Screen

This is used to quickly send a resume when on a candidate’s record

  1. Open the Name Record for the candidate whose resume you wish to email
  2. Select the Resume icon from the navigation toolbar on the left
  3. Choose Email Resume from the action toolbar on the rightimage (13)
  4. From this screen you are able to send your email accordingly
    1. Use email to compose your email, enter your subject and complete your To/CC/BCC
    2. Use send options to send as a meeting request, request a return receipt, and choose a level of importance. You can also choose to include a feedback link, mark as private email, or combine all attachments into a single PDF document. The final option on this screen will send the resume as a PDF.
    3. Attachments allows you to add files stored locally on your machine.
    4. PCR files allows you to choose additional attachments to send with the resume (Note: the blinded resume will be selected by default if available)image (14)
  5. Choose Send to send your email

Interview Confirmation/Pipeline

A resume can be attached to any interview confirmation letter being sent from the pipeline upon scheduling an interview

From the Add Interview Screen

  1. Select a position which has a candidate linked to the pipeline
  2. Select Pipeline from the navigation toolbar
  3. Select Action-Add for the desired name recordimage (1)
  4. From this screen you can create your interview accordingly. If you want to learn how to create an interview click here.
  5. Choose the Email charm
  6. Check the Send Email option to enable email, this will cause the email to send upon saving
  7. Choose the Email template you wish to send
  8. Choose who you would like to receive this email: candidate, contact, and/or interviewers
  9. Select to send as a meeting request if applicable
  10. Save your interview to send the resume with the email template.image (2)

From the Pipeline

  1. Select a position which has a candidate linked to the pipeline
  2. Select Pipeline from the navigation toolbar
  3. Select Action-Email for the desired name recordimage (3)
  4. Choose the Template option to select your email template
  5. From the email screen you are able to:
    1. Use email to compose your email, enter your subject and complete your To/CC/BCC.
    2. Use send options to create a meeting request, request a return receipt, and choose a level of importance. You can also choose to mark as private email, or combine all attachments into a single PDF document. You can choose to send to a rollup list (great for marketing a candidate to a group of people), and choose to send a copy to the candidate. The final option on this screen will send the resumes as a PDF.
    3. Attachments allows you to add files stored locally on your machine.
    4. PCR Files allows you to choose which attachments are being sent for the record. Here you can choose to include profiles, as well as various attachments such as cover letters.
  6. Choose Send to send your emailimage (4)
