The Change Log stores information about changes to a record’s field data. The Change Log can be found in the Navigation menu on Name, Company, and Position records.

Change Log Data #

Each Change Log entry contains the following information:

  • The user who made the change
  • Date of change
  • The field that was changed
  • Previous value stored in the field
  • New value stored in the field
  • The screen the value was changed from

Please note this feature is informative and for audit purposes only. You cannot search for changes or run reports on this data.
