Radius Sort

Zipcode radius sorting can be done from within a rollup list. This tool is used to sort rollup lists by candidates who are closest to the job order.

Add Sort Order to Your Rollup Layout #

1. Select Rollups from the Main Toolbar
2. Select Any Rollup list
3. Choose Configure from the Action Toolbar
4. In the Layout tab, the Rollup List Fields are the field columns visible in your rollup list view. The bottom of the list will have the option for “Click to Set Field”
5. Click into the Click To Set Field area, and use the dropdown to add Sort Distance to your rollup layouts.
6. Drag and drop this new field where you would like it to appear.
7. Save these changes

Run the Zipcode Radius Sort #

1. Select Rollups from the Main Toolbar
2. Select Any Rollup list
3. Choose Radius Sort from the Action menu on the toolbar(pin this icon to your toolbar for quicker access)
4. Choose Set A New Radius Center
5. Enter a Zip or City  and a radius in miles (up to 100 miles)
6. Search
7. Select an option from the list, radius distance will be calculated from the center of the area you choose.

Removing Zipcode Radius Sort #

1. Select Rollups from the Main Toolbar
2. Select the rollup you are working with that currently has a Radius Sort
3. Choose Radius Sort from the Action menu on the toolbar(pin this icon to your toolbar for quicker access)
4. Select Remove Distance Sort
5. You are now able to add a new radius to sort by
