Table of Contents
The Data Quality screen is a tool used to identify any errors in your analytics (located under the Administration tab in the Analytics Menu). You will use this screen to make corrections to any incorrect data in order for it to be included in your analytics. If a tab appears blank within this area this means all data of that type is currently being analyzed. A cell with a red flag means it is incorrect and needs to be edited appropriately.
Data Quality Rules #
Companies
- Size – must be numeric, values must be between 0 and 10,000,000
- Annual Revenue – must be numeric if a value is present, must be between 0 and 100,000,000,000,000
Candidates
- Must have a USA Zip Code
Positions
- Min Salary must be at least 0
- Max Salary must be at least 0
- If Min Salary is empty then it must have a Max Salary to calculate potential revenue on the position
- Placement Fee can’t be null and must be a numeric value between 0 and .0001
Interviews
- Stage with Status ID must be less than 50 characters
- Placements must have a Placement Fee of at least zero
