Placement Letters

To send a Placement Form Letter Access a Placement by selecting the Date within the positions Placements tab (this option will also appear once a Placement has been saved) Choose Email Use Template to select your form letter Enter additional email details Send  

Job Information

Job Information templates are used to send information regarding a position to a name record or list of name records Access the position whose information you would like to populate the letter Choose Email from the action menu Use the Template button to choose the appropriate template Enter the Subject of the Email Choose any additional settings Use email to compose your email, enter your subject and complete your To/CC/BCC Use send options to send as a meeting request, request a return receipt, and choose a level of importance. Pipeline Emails

Sending from the Pipeline Access the position pipeline from the action menu For the desired candidate, choose Action followed by Email Choose Template to select your Pipeline Letter Choose any additional settings Use email to compose your email, enter your subject and complete your To/CC/BCC Use send options to send as a meeting request, request a return receipt, and choose a level of importance. Interview Letters

The most common use of Interview Letters is the ability to create an automation plan or bulk email within a pipeline.
