Accessing/Running Reports

Reports are accessed from the Reports icon on the Main Toolbar. These reports are grouped based on the types of reports. Below is a general description of each group. Once you enter that area, you will find specific report names.

  • Company Reports – Use this area to access reports that pull information stored in the Company record.
  • Name Reports: Use this area to access reports that pull information stored in a Name record.
  • Position Reports: Use this area to access reports that pull information stored in a Position record.
  • Pipeline Reports: Use this area to access reports that are based on Pipeline activity (interviews) for a position.
  • Placement Reports: Use this area to access reports that pull information from a permanent or contract/temp placement record.
  • Auditing Reports: Use this area to access reports that pull information related to timesheets, transactions, expenses, user activity, duplicate records,
  • EEO Reports: Use this area to access reports related to EEO and OFCCP compliance.
  • Custom SQL Reports; Use this area to access uncategorized reports created using the custom report builder, or developed per special request from the Main Sequence development group.

Running Reports

There are five options available for viewing your reports. Once you have selected a report to run and enter your report criteria, click the Action Menu to select from the following options:

  • PDF View Mode (Formerly known as “Print”)
  • Export to Excel
  • Export to Office 365
  • Export to Google Sheets
  • Share: using this option will open an email Compose window and the report will automatically be attached and ready to be sent!
