Interview/Placement Settings

Interview Defaults #

When adding an interview within a position pipeline, you have the ability to customize the fields being displayed.

  1. Select any position (this will affect all positions for your username)
  2. Choose Pipeline
  3. Select Action – Add as if you are adding an actual interview for a candidate
  4. Select the Gear Icon in the bottom left corner of the window
  5. Use the Default Interview Type/Status dropdown to choose which section of the pipeline you will be viewing everytime Pipeline is selected in a position. For example; if I always want to see my candidates in the Phone Screen status first I will select it from the dropdown
  6. Using the checkboxes choose if you would like to show/hide the various fields
    1. Arranged Date/Time
    2. Bill/Pay Rate
    3. Employer Options
    4. Feedback
    5. Guarantee
    6. Interviewer Name
    7. Notes
    8. Status Visible to Candidate/Referrer
  7. Use the checkboxes on the right to choose the information being written to the interview activity
    1. Feedback
    2. Guarantee
    3. Notes

Placement Defaults #

When placing a candidate for an open permanent position you can choose which fields are available to populate on the Add Permanent Placement screen.

  1. Select any position (this will affect all placements for your username)
  2. Choose Placements
  3. Select Add Permanent Placement from the dropdown on the right
  4. Select the Customize Gear icon from the bottom left corner of the window
  5. Use the checkboxes to choose which fields you would like to show/hide
    1. Start Date
    2. Placement Date
    3. Starting Salary
    4. Placemenet Fee
    5. Placement Type
    6. Fee Percentage
    7. Bill Rate
    8. Pay Rate
    9. Guarantee
    10. Mark Position Filled
