Database Outgoing Mail Setup

Some emails will be sent as a result of a database action, rather than a specific user sending an email. You must make a connection from PCRecruiter to your mail server. A general email address (i.e. jobs@mycompany.com) is recommended for this purpose.

  1. Click the System on the Main Toolbar.
  2. Click Email Setup.
  3. Click Outgoing Mail Settings.
  4. Enter the SMTP Outgoing Server name, User Name, and Password.  Append a Port Number to the SMTP Server Name if required.
  5. Click Save.
