Some emails will be sent as a result of a database action, rather than a specific user sending an email. You must make a connection from PCRecruiter to your mail server. A general email address (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org) is recommended for this purpose.
- Click the System on the Main Toolbar.
- Click Email Setup.
- Click Outgoing Mail Settings.
- Enter the SMTP Outgoing Server name, User Name, and Password. Append a Port Number to the SMTP Server Name if required.
- Click Save.
