Available report options include: Summary, Detail, and custom versions created by a System Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/custom-reports\/custom-company-reports\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"11626\">here<\/a> to learn about Custom Company Reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generating Company Reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on &#8220;Reports&#8221; in the main menu.<\/li><li>Select &#8220;Company Reports.&#8221;<\/li><li>Choose the desired report: Summary, Detail, or a Custom report created by a PCR system administrator.<\/li><li>Choose between Rollup or Date Entered as your preferred criteria.<\/li><li>For the Summary or Detail report,  specify whether you want to include all activities or just the 5 most recent activities. <\/li><li>Click on the action menu and select your preferred export format (please note that the ability to export other than PDF View Mode depends on your Export Reports security).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company Summary Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company Summary Report includes the following fields (Please note that this list cannot be modified):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Status<\/li><li>Company Name<\/li><li>Phone<\/li><li>Fax<\/li><li>Industry Code<\/li><li>City<\/li><li>State<\/li><li>Zip Code<\/li><li>Number of Employees<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/12\/Company-Summary-Report.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9787\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company Detail Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company Detail Report offers flexibility in its content, allowing you to include a combination of both Predefined and Custom Company Fields. To customize the report according to your preferences, simply click on &#8216;Customize Detail&#8217; in the Action menu of the Company Detail Report.
