PCRecruiter now allows users to export Placements to Quickbooks Online<\/a>.\u00a0This feature is currently not available for Contractor Timesheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activating Quickbooks Online Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A user with Full Admin Security must first enable this feature for your database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select System<\/strong> from the main toolbar<\/li>
  2. Scroll down to Database Setup<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Choose Oauth Connection Settings<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Click Connect to QuickBooks <\/strong><\/li>
  5. Enter your Quickbooks credentials<\/strong> into the Quickbooks login screen<\/li>
  6. Choose Sign in<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once the feature is enabled there is also some configuration that must be done in Quickbooks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Add Uncategorized Income as a New Income<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Hover over Accounting<\/strong> on the toolbar on the left<\/li>
    2. Choose Chart of Accounts <\/strong><\/li>
    3. Search<\/strong> the list to see if Uncategorized Income<\/strong> already exists<\/li>
    4. If it does not click New<\/strong><\/li>
    5. Choose Income<\/strong> for Account Type<\/strong><\/li>
    6. Enter Uncategorized Income<\/strong> for Name<\/strong><\/li>
    7. Choose Service\/Fee Income<\/strong> for Detail Type<\/strong><\/li>
    8. Save and Close<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Add Permanent as a New Income<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. Check the same Chart of Accounts<\/strong> to see if Permanent<\/strong> already exists<\/li>
      2. If it does not, click New<\/strong><\/li>
      3. Choose Income<\/strong> for Account Type<\/strong><\/li>
      4. Enter Permanent<\/strong> for Name<\/strong><\/li>
      5. Choose Service\/Fee Income<\/strong> for Detail Type<\/strong><\/li>
      6. Save and Close<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Verify the Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        For the Placement data to transfer between PCR and Quickbooks the Company in PCR must match the Customer in Quickbooks. If it does not match add\/edit the information in the Customers tab (sales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Using Quickbooks Online Export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Now that the feature has been enabled you are able to export your placement data to Quickbooks Online. Prior to completing the following steps, a placement must be made; you can find directions here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Open the placement<\/strong> record<\/li>
        2. Choose Quickbooks<\/strong> from the row of buttons at the bottom.<\/li>
        3. Click Send to Quickbooks<\/strong> at the bottom of the QuickBooks Invoice the window that appears.<\/li>
        4. A confirmation will appear once the transfer is complete with the invoice number<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
