Once created, you can easily send them directly from the placement record or automate sending immediately or within a set timeframe after saving the placement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For information on creating a Placement Letter, see the document about <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/communication\/form-letters\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"5772\">Form Letters<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sending Placement Letters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will find the option to send a Placement Form Letter using various methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong> Placement Screen:<\/strong><ul><li>After saving a Placement, click Email at the bottom of the placement screen.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>From Position&#8217;s Placements:<\/strong><ol><li>Navigate to a Position record<\/li><li>Choose Placements from the navigation toolbar<\/li><li>Choose a Placement by clicking on its Date.<\/li><li>Click Email at the bottom of the placement screen.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>From Position&#8217;s Pipeline:<\/strong><ul><li>In the Pipeline&#8217;s Placements Step, right-click on the candidate&#8217;s card and choose Email.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Placement Email screen, use the <strong>Template<\/strong> button within the HTML editing toolbar to select the desired Placement Letter. From here, <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/communication\/send-email\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"5513\">standard email sending<\/a> procedures can be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automating a Placement Form Letter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also create an Automation to send a placement form letter immediately upon saving or some time after the placement is saved.
