PCRecruiter\u2019s Google Voice integration allows users to click to dial or text via a PCRecruiter record. Using this functionality will record outbound activities to the records. You must have a Google Voice account (Create one here<\/a>) and be working in a Chrome browser.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Install the PCR Google Voice app here<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the extension from your Chrome toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose Configure<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter your phone number including a leading \u2018+\u2019. This phone number is the number you have chosen to forward your calls to when signing up for Google Voice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    An admin user will need to enable the Hyperlink phone dialing ability for your username. They will need to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select System from the main toolbar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose Users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose Manage Users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the username attempting to use Google Voice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click the gear icon next to the Contact Phone field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Choose the Hyperlink charm<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Change the toggle to ON<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Save when finished<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Calling\/Texting via the app<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can manually input a phone number you wish to call or text via the PCR Google Voice app. (This will not write an activity in your database and should only be used for testing)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the extension from your Chrome toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Choose Dial or Text<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Enter the desired phone number (This cannot be your phone number)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. If texting, enter text value<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Choose Dial\/Text<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Calling\/Texting via a PCR Record<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Select the person you wish to contact<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Hover over the phone number you wish to contact.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select the phone icon.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Choose your action:<\/span>\n
