To choose this option and admin user will need to do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select <\/span><strong>System<\/strong><span style=\"\"> from the Main Toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select <\/span><strong>Users<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Choose<\/span><strong> Manage Users<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select the <\/span><strong>User<\/strong><span style=\"\"> you wish to modify<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">From the charms on the left choose <\/span><strong>Security<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">You will see under the Company, Name and Position tabs there is an option for <\/span><strong>Attachments<\/strong><span style=\"\">, you can choose from the following:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>No Permission:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Does not allow the user to access, add or edit attachments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Add, Save, Read:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Allows a user to open and add attachments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Full Permission:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Allows a user to open, add and delete attachments<a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/07\/attachments-security.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6964\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/07\/attachments-security-1024x434.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"398\" \/><\/a> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Save<\/strong><span style=\"\"> when finished<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9089\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/07\/Attachments-Security-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1848\" height=\"792\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An option has been added to completely disable users from accessing Attachments if desired.
