{"id":6903,"date":"2018-05-03T16:48:14","date_gmt":"2018-05-03T16:48:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/?p=6903"},"modified":"2023-08-24T21:46:25","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T21:46:25","password":"","slug":"interview-defaults","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/legacy-pipeline\/interview-defaults\/","title":{"rendered":"Interview Defaults"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"\">When creating interviews in PCRecruiter, you have the ability to show\/hide available fields, as well as set a few select defaults.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select a <\/span><strong>Position<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Record<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select <\/span><strong>Pipeline<\/strong><span style=\"\"> from the navigation toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select<\/span><strong>\u00a0Action<\/strong><span style=\"\">, followed by <\/span><strong>Add<\/strong><span style=\"\"> to access the Add Interview screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">In the bottom left hand corner, select the<\/span><strong> Customize<\/strong><span style=\"\"> gear icon.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Interview Configuration Screen contains the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Default Interview Type\/Status:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> This sets the default Interview Type\/Status selected when adding a new interview.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Default Place Appointment on Schedule<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Yes:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Places all interviews on the user&#8217;s schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Yes w\/Followup:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Places all interviews on the user&#8217;s schedule as well as a 3-day follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>No:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> No events are added to the user&#8217;s schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Default Visible on Web<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Yes:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Allows interview records to be seen via the PCRecruiter Employer Extensions* by default<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>No:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Does not allow interviews to be seen via the PCRecruiter Employer Extensions* by default<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Show\/Hide Columns<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Arranged Date\/Time:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Shows\/Hides Arranged Date\/Time when adding an interview<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Bill\/Pay Rate:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Shows\/Hides Bill\/Pay Rate fields<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Employer Options:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Shows\/Hides the option for \u201cVisible on Web\u201d which controls whether the interview record can be seen via the PCRecruiter Employer Extensions*<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Feedback:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Option to enter feedback about an interview or process step.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Guarantee:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Option to enter Guarantee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Interviewer Name:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Option to enter one or more interviewers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Option to enter Notes about an interview or process step.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Status Visible to Candidate\/Referrer:<\/strong><span style=\"\"> Option to add Notes which will be visible on this interview step in the Employer Extensions*<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* If Employer Extensions are enabled and in use.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/05\/interview-configuration.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9602 size-large\" style=\"border: 1px solid #777\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/05\/interview-configuration-1024x576.png\" alt=\"Interview Configuration\" width=\"940\" height=\"529\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When creating interviews in PCRecruiter, you have the ability to show\/hide available fields, as well as set a few select defaults.
