The Contract Estimator allows users to easily calculate Estimated Weeks Worked, Total Revenue, Total Cost, and Total profit for each Contract Created.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the Margin Calculator to your Layout<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To begin using the Contract Estimator you must add the Margin Calculator to your Contract Placement Layout.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Place<\/strong> a Candidate on Contract (Click here to learn about placing a Candidate on a  Contract)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the <\/span>Placements<\/strong> tab on the position<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select <\/span>Action<\/strong> followed by <\/span>Edit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the bottom left corner of the Placement record, select the <\/span>Customize Gear Icon<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select <\/span>Add Group<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Choose <\/span>Shortcut (Displays Large Frame) <\/strong>followed by Done<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Locate the new <\/span>(Select a Field Name)<\/strong> dropdown towards the bottom of your screen<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Use the dropdown to select <\/span>Contract Estimator<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Drag<\/strong> the field to your desired location<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Save<\/strong> when finished<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Upon reloading the Placement or creating a new Contract you will see the Calculator<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Using the Calculator<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Access the<\/span> position<\/strong> you wish to create a placement for and choose <\/span>Placements<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose <\/span>Add Contract\/Temp Placement<\/strong> from the Action Toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the<\/span> Candidate<\/strong> being placed on Contract<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter the appropriate Contract Placement<\/span> Details<\/strong> including Bill Rates, Pay Rates, and Placement Fee<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select<\/span> Open Estimator Calculator <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. You will notice the values have been automatically populated to the calculator from the Contract for the following fields<\/span>:\n
