Once you have created an <\/span>activity<\/strong> within PCR you can view it two different ways, by viewing the record it is tied to, or by conducting an activity search of your database.<\/span><\/p>\n

Record<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Access the name, company, or position <\/span>record<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. On the navigation toolbar select the <\/span>activities<\/strong> option<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. This will show all activities for this record in list format<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. You can <\/span>filter<\/strong> your results using the dropdown options at the top of the date\/time, activity type, and user name columns<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. You can configure your default activity filters by choosing the <\/span>default filters <\/strong>button from the action icons<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To search the database for activities<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Select Activities from the main toolbar and the adjust your search criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Search Params<\/strong>\n
        \n
      1. Date that you would like to search<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Records to be displayed per page<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The order you would like them to appear grouped by<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Text you would like the activity to contain<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Filters<\/strong>\n

        1. Name<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Username<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Company name<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Activity type<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Rollup list<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Position id<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. Exclude activity types<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        8. Enter the proper search criteria and then select <\/span>Search<\/strong> from the action toolbar on the top right.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
