Broadbean is a job board aggregator that posts to over 7000 job boards and channels. Positions in your PCRecruiter Job Board can be uploaded to your Broadbean account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuring your database to post positions to Broadbean<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. While logged in as an administrative user, open System<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Job Board<\/strong> and then open Job Board Channels<\/strong>. Alternatively, you can type \u201cJob Channels\u201d in the search box to quickly find this in the System section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the large +<\/strong> under Standard Job Boards<\/em> at the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Broadbean<\/strong> from the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Done<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Configuring users for Broadbean posting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Every user who will be sending jobs to Broadbean must be configured with the Broadbean username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Log into PCRecruiter as the user will be posting to Broadbean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to any Position<\/strong> record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the Post Job<\/strong> icon in the action menu of the position record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click the Configure<\/strong> gear on the Broadbean line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter your XML job upload credentials as provided by Broadbean<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Posting jobs to Broadbean<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Open the Position <\/strong>you wish to post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click the Post Job<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. With a checkmark<\/strong> placed in the row that contains Broadbean click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. You will see the Job Title displayed. Click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Click Post<\/strong> and it will take you to a screen asking which sites you wish to post to. Select the individual sites you wish to post the position to, or select the check box for All Sites Below<\/em> if you wish to post to all of them. Then click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. The next screen will have additional fields to fill out. Ones marked with an asterisk (*) are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Scroll to the bottom and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. The next screen will allow you to review all the information about the position along with timing for your posting, the contact details, and duration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Click Send Advert<\/strong> to complete the posting process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      10. Close the window to exit the posting wizard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Removing a position from Broadbean<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Open a Position <\/strong>that is posted to Broadbean\u2019s job board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click the Post Job<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. With a checkmark<\/strong> placed in the row that contains Broadbean click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click Remove<\/strong>. A message will appear saying that your post was successfully removed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
