These reports will show you applicant information based on the pipeline of the position you are viewing when ran. If you would like to use custom reports from the pipeline, you must have that report already created to be able to select it. To activate\u00a0these reports from the pipeline, you must select them from the customization menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to a position, and navigate to the pipeline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the customize button in the action item drop down menu on the right side of PCRecruiter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scroll down to find the reporting options.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click reporting options to open your selection menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the reports you would like to\u00a0be able to run from the pipeline of any position, and save.<a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/pipelinereport.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6675\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/pipelinereport.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"756\" height=\"490\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Running The Reports<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the position record.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the pipeline navigational icon to the left.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can use the drop down menu to the right to pin the reports icon to the top tool bar, or just select reports from the drop down menu.<a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/actionitemmenu.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6676\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/actionitemmenu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"574\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clicking this reports icon will bring up a pop up box that will allow you to select the report you would like to run.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can select to print the report, which will open the report in a new browser tab to view, or print.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also select to export the report to a .csv excel file.<a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/reportsmenu.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6677\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/reportsmenu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"445\" height=\"231\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTE: This document refers to the Legacy Pipeline.
