- Click on “System” in the main toolbar.<\/li>
- Select “Custom Fields.”<\/li>
- Choose “Placement Custom Fields.”<\/li>
- Select ‘Add Custom Field’ from the actions menu.<\/li>
- Enter your new field name<\/li>
- Choose the Action (field type) you would like this field to have (No Action, Dropdown, Multi-Select Checkbox, etc.)<\/li>
- Save your field.<\/li>
- If you have chosen a field that requires options, choose Default Values and add your value selections.

The following steps will need to be followed to setup both Contract and Permanent Placement Screens<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Open an existing Placement record.<\/li>
- Click the Customize Gear Icon in the bottom left corner to open the customization screen

<\/a><\/li>- Use the Columns dropdown to specify the number of columns for your layout (we recommend 2 or 3).<\/li>
- Create Groups\u00a0 to organize your predefined and custom fields. For example, set up a Billing group containing fields like Bill Rate and Pay Rate.
- Click on “Add Group.”<\/li>
- Choose “Regular Group.”<\/li>
- Name the Group<\/li>
- Click “Done:”<\/li>
- Within your groups, select \u201cClick to Set Field\u201d to access a dropdown of field to be added.<\/li>
- To remove a field, select it and choose \u201cDelete\u201d <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
- Add Shortcuts which will display large boxes for Split Desk Distribution (if activated) and Scheduled Events.
- Click on “Add Group.”<\/li>
- Choose\u00a0 “Shortcut.”<\/li>
- Click “Done.”<\/li>
- Click on the upper left corner of the Group and use the dropdown to specify what you would like shown. <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
- Add Horizontal Splitter to separate your groups evenly
- Select Add Group<\/li>
- Choose Horizontal Splitter<\/li>
- Done<\/li>
- This bar can not be moved to the appropriate location through dragging and dropping <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
- Select Save when finished.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
