{"id":6475,"date":"2016-09-21T18:18:37","date_gmt":"2016-09-21T18:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/?p=6475"},"modified":"2023-08-24T21:34:58","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T21:34:58","password":"","slug":"interviewplacement-settings","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/legacy-pipeline\/interviewplacement-settings\/","title":{"rendered":"Interview\/Placement Settings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"\">Interview Defaults<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"\">When adding an interview within a position pipeline, you have the ability to customize the fields being displayed.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select any position (this will affect all positions for your username)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Choose Pipeline<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select Action &#8211; Add as if you are adding an actual interview for a candidate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select the Gear Icon in the bottom left corner of the window<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Use the Default Interview Type\/Status dropdown to choose which section of the pipeline you will be viewing everytime Pipeline is selected in a position. For example; if I always want to see my candidates in the Phone Screen status first I will select it from the dropdown<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Using the checkboxes choose if you would like to show\/hide the various fields<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Arranged Date\/Time<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Bill\/Pay Rate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Employer Options<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Feedback<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Guarantee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Interviewer Name<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Notes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Status Visible to Candidate\/Referrer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Use the checkboxes on the right to choose the information being written to the interview activity<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Feedback<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Guarantee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Notes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"\">Placement Defaults<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"\">When placing a candidate for an open permanent position you can choose which fields are available to populate on the Add Permanent Placement screen.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select any position (this will affect all placements for your username)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Choose Placements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select Add Permanent Placement from the dropdown on the right<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select the Customize Gear icon from the bottom left corner of the window<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Use the checkboxes to choose which fields you would like to show\/hide<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Start Date<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Placement Date<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Starting Salary<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Placemenet Fee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Placement Type<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Fee Percentage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Bill Rate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Pay Rate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Guarantee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Mark Position Filled<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interview Defaults When adding an interview within a position pipeline, you have the ability to customize the fields being displayed.
