{"id":6424,"date":"2016-09-12T21:24:10","date_gmt":"2016-09-12T21:24:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/?p=6424"},"modified":"2023-08-24T21:38:39","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T21:38:39","password":"","slug":"spark-hire","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/integrations\/spark-hire\/","title":{"rendered":"Spark Hire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Spark Hire is a third party integration used to integrate video interviewing with PCRecruiter.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Setup<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on SYSTEM<\/li>\n<li>Select Add-Ons<\/li>\n<li>Choose Assessments Config<\/li>\n<li>Check the box for Spark Hire<\/li>\n<li>Open the Spark Hire settings (select arrow)\n<ul>\n<li>Enter API Key (provided by Spark Hire) for each user that will be using this feature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0SAVE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Creating Templates<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on SYSTEM<\/li>\n<li>On the left column, scroll to the bottom and select Plugins<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Spark Hire&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click Add<\/li>\n<li>Enter a Template Name<\/li>\n<li>Enter Interview Questions\n<ul>\n<li>Optional:\u00a0Clicking on the 3-lined box to the right of each question\u00a0allows you to enter the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Time Limit<\/li>\n<li>Takes (number of times a candidate can answer the question again)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on Save when finished<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Using Spark Hire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>It is recommended that you use sample data at first when testing Spark Hire (i.e. your name and email address)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to a position record with candidates in the pipeline\n<ul>\n<li><em>Required<\/em>:\u00a0 A Position must have data in the following 3 fields for it to be successfully transferred to Spark Hire:\n<ul>\n<li>City<\/li>\n<li>State<\/li>\n<li>Country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drag and Drop (or Add New) a candidate into the &#8216;Invited&#8217; Folder under &#8216;Spark Hire Screen&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Select your template from the &#8216;Use Question Template&#8217; dropdown (required)<\/li>\n<li>Enter an Interview Due Date (required)\n<ul>\n<li><em>Optional<\/em>:\u00a0 You may create a new Template on this screen.\u00a0 This can be accomplished\u00a0by:\n<ul>\n<li>Not selecting an existing template<\/li>\n<li>Entering a new Template Name in the &#8216;Save As New Template&#8217; field<\/li>\n<li>Entering Interview Questions on the right<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Optional<\/em>:\u00a0 You may also add interview questions to an existing Template<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click Invite<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Pipeline Stages:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invited &#8211; A\u00a0new interview has been created<\/li>\n<li>Completed* &#8211; A\u00a0job seeker completes an interview<\/li>\n<li>Presented &#8211; An\u00a0interview is presented to by the user to a contact<\/li>\n<li>Deleted* &#8211; An\u00a0interview is deleted by a user<\/li>\n<li>Expired* &#8211; An\u00a0interview deadline passes and the job seeker has not completed it<\/li>\n<li>Rejected* &#8211; A job seeker deletes an interview without completing it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*\u00a0<\/strong>Denotes events that\u00a0occur in SparkHire that are reflected in\u00a0PCRecruiter.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to Email an Interview<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><em>First Option<\/em>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on Completed folder<\/li>\n<li>Click on Watch under SparkHire column<\/li>\n<li>Click on Present<\/li>\n<li>Click on Send<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Second Option<\/em>\n<ol>\n<li>Drag and Drop the Candidate to the Presented folder<\/li>\n<li>Click on Send<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spark Hire is a third party integration used to integrate video interviewing with PCRecruiter.
