The Titles<\/strong> table in PCRecruiter can be used to create a standardized set of Titles to be applied to Name Records and\/or Position Records. While the Job Title field on the Positions and the Title field on Names are typically filled in with manually entered values, some users find it helpful to create a predefined list to pick from for more consistent data. It is also possible to present this dropdown of Titles when asking candidates to self-enter via the Job Board, thereby increasing consistency for future searcing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using Titles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once a Titles Table has been defined, you can access it by using the popup icon (<\/span>) to the right of the Title <\/strong>field on Names or Job Title<\/strong> field on Positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add Titles Manually<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Click the System<\/strong> icon on the Main menu.<\/li>
  2. Click Database Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Click Titles<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Click Add<\/strong> in the Action menu<\/li>
  5. Enter a desired Title:
