You can choose to use a template or manually create your letter. If you would like to use a template, click here to learn how.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Sending from the Pipeline<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Access the position pipeline from the action menu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">For the desired candidate, choose Action followed by Email. <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/linking-candidates-to-the-pipeline\/\">Click here<\/a> to learn how to link candidates to a pipeline.<a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/03\/image-26.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6153\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/03\/image-26.png\" alt=\"image (26)\" width=\"663\" height=\"325\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">This loads your default pipeline email template. You can click the &#8216;Template&#8217; option above the body of the email to choose a custom template. You may also choose to clear the template and compose a new letter free form. Learn how to create Pipeline Emails <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/creating-pipeline-emails\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Choose any additional settings<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Use <\/span><strong>email<\/strong><span style=\"\"> to compose your email, enter your subject and complete your To\/CC\/BCC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Use <\/span><strong>send options<\/strong><span style=\"\"> to send as a meeting request, request a return receipt, and choose a level of importance. You can also choose to include a Feedback link, mark as private email, or combine all attachments into a single PDF document. The final option here allows you to send this email to a rollup list by selecting that rollup from the dropdown<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>Attachments<\/strong><span style=\"\"> allows you to add files stored locally on your machine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><strong>PCR Files<\/strong><span style=\"\"> allows you to choose global, name, position, or company attachments related to the record.
