Linking Candidates to the Pipeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once a Candidate has been identified as a potential Candidate for a position, you will want to link them to the Pipeline for that Position in order to track a candidate’s interviews. Below will show you the multiple ways in which to link them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individually from a Name Record<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Select Name <\/strong>from the Main Toolbar.<\/li>
  2. Select a Name <\/strong>from the Recently Viewed Tiles or select a Name from a Search Result List.<\/li>
  3. Choose Link to Position <\/strong>from the Action Toolbar (chain link icon).<\/li>
  4. From the dialog window you will choose the Position <\/strong>you wish to Link them to:
    1. Select a Position<\/strong> from the Recent Positions and the Name will automatically become Linked.<\/span><\/li>
    2. If you don\u2019t see the Position you are looking for, enter your Search Criteria <\/strong>to find the Position. Click Search <\/strong>at the bottom of the screen. Once you are viewing the Search Results, place a checkmark to the left of the position(s) you wish to Link the Candidate to and then choose Link Items<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    3. A confirmation screen will appear confirming that the Name has been Linked. If they were already linked to the Position you will see that the Name Already Existed.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      From a Name Search Result Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      One way to Link multiple Name Records to a Pipeline is via a Name Search Result List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select Name <\/strong>from the Main Toolbar.<\/li>
      2. Enter your search criteria and click Search<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. Place check marks <\/strong>in the boxes to the left of the Names you wish to Link.<\/li>
      4. Click Link to Position <\/strong>from the Action Toolbar.<\/li>
      5. The selection dialog window will appear, choose the position <\/strong>you wish to link following the same steps as when Linking an individual Name.<\/li>
      6. A confirmation screen will appear once all Names have been Linked. If any of the Names were already Linked to the Pipeline, they will be skipped.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        From a Rollup List<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Linking to a Pipeline from a Rollup List if very similar to Linking from the Search Results. Be sure to have a Rollup List created to follow these steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Select Rollups <\/strong>from the Main Toolbar.<\/li>
        2. Select the Rollup List <\/strong>you wish to Link Names from.<\/li>
        3. Place check marks <\/strong>in the boxes to the left of the Names you wish to Link.<\/li>
        4. Choose the Link to Position <\/strong>option from the Action Menu.<\/li>
        5. The selection dialog window will appear, choose the position <\/strong>you wish to link following the same steps as when Linking an individual Name.<\/li>
        6. A confirmation screen will appear once all Names have been Linked. If any of the Names were already Linked to the Pipeline, they will be skipped.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          From a Position\u2019s Pipeline<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. Go to the Position tab at the top and search for the position you are working with.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Click the Job<\/strong> Title from the search result screen to open the record in the lower frame of the window.<\/span><\/li>
          3. Click the dropdown<\/strong> to the left and select Pipeline<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>
          4. Go to the right and select the dropdown<\/strong> and choose the plus sign icon<\/strong> to Add an Interview.<\/span><\/li>
          5. Enter criteria to find the candidate and click Search<\/strong> at the bottom.<\/span><\/li>
          6. Now click the Select<\/strong> option to the left of the candidate\u2019s name to pull up the Add Interview screen.<\/span><\/li>
          7. Click the dropdown<\/strong> for Interview Type\/Status to bring up your Pipeline folders and choose\u00a0your desired interview status and choose Select<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>
          8. Click Save<\/strong> at the bottom to save the interview and link the candidate to the position.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
