This allows you to block off times of your day to dedicate to these calls. Be strategic with your time and use call plans to plot out your days.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Creating a Plan<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select <strong>Rollups<\/strong> from your main navigation toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Choose the <strong>Rollup<\/strong> you wish to plan for<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select All records on the list, or the desired records<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">In the action dropdown menu on the right, select <strong>Plan<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">From the <strong>Add to Plan<\/strong> screen, set the details for your plan, these will appear on your schedule<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Set a <strong>Begin Time<\/strong> and <strong>End Time<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Set the <strong>User Name<\/strong>, the call plan will show on the selected user&#8217;s PCR Schedule.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirm Names<\/strong> will show the selected users on the plan<\/li>\n<li>Customize <strong>Notes<\/strong> that will show on the appointment in your PCR Schedule<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Reminder Alarm<\/strong> and set the duration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Choose <strong>Add<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"\">Using your Plan<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select <strong>Schedule<\/strong> from your main navigation toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Use the Schedule to locate your plan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Double Click the appointment and choose <strong>Open Plan<\/strong><\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Select <strong>Edit Plan<\/strong> to add\/remove names from your plan if necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Begin your calls while using the <strong>Stage<\/strong> column to identify the result of the call (Don\u2019t have your Stage column customized? <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/configuration\/rollup-stages\/\">Click here<\/a> to learn how!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span style=\"\">When your allotted time for the day has past choose Merge Plan from the action menu, selecting this action will remove names from your plan which are set not to merge.
