These records are grouped together for a variety of reasons including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Call Planning<\/li>\n<li>Imported spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Records to be mass updated or deleted<\/li>\n<li>Reporting needs<\/li>\n<li>Email Campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Sequencing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Add a Record to a Rollup<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to a Company, Name, or Position record.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add to Rollup<\/strong> action icon, or go to the <strong>Rollup<\/strong> icon and select <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click in the corresponding<strong> Name, Company or Position column<\/strong> of the Rollup to which you wish to add the record. You will see a progress bar indicating the record has been added below the Rollup Name.<\/li>\n<li>Click additional lists as desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>From PCR Capture<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on which <strong>Mode <\/strong>you are using in our PCR Capture extension for Google Chrome, you can add records directly to a Rollup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic: <\/strong> In the Options for PCR Capture, enter the desired Rollup List into the Rollup field and Save.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advanced: <\/strong>In Step 3, Review Data, enter the desired Rollup List in the Rollup field under Additional Options.<\/p>\n<p>Learn more about <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/pcr-capture\/pcr-capture-use-2\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"14216\">using PCR Capture<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>From Parsing a Resume<\/h2>\n<p>From the Add Resume Utility window, there&#8217;s an option for <strong>Add to Rollup. <\/strong>This will give you a pop-up window to search and select an existing Rollup List.
