Sending from the Pipeline<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Access the position pipeline from the action menu<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. For the desired candidate, choose Action followed by Email<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Choose Template to select your Pipeline Letter<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Choose any additional settings<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. Use <\/span>email<\/strong> to compose your email, enter your subject and complete your To\/CC\/BCC<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Use <\/span>send options<\/strong> to send as a meeting request, request a return receipt, and choose a level of importance. You can also choose to include a Feedback link<\/a>, mark as private email, or combine all attachments into a single PDF document. The final option here allows you to send this email to a rollup list by selecting that rollup from the dropdown<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Attachments<\/strong> allows you to add files stored locally on your machine.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. PCR Files<\/strong> allows you to choose global, name, position, or company attachments<\/a> related to the record.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Select Send to send your email<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Sending from the Interview<\/span><\/h3>\n

      1. Access the position pipeline from the action menu<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. For the desired candidate, choose Action followed by Add<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Schedule your interview following your interview scheduling <\/a>procedure.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Select the Email charm<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Select the option for Send Email (The email will not send otherwise)<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Use the Email Template dropdown to select the appropriate template<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Choose who you would like to receive this email; candidate, contact, and\/or interviewers<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. Select to Send as Meeting Request if desired.<\/span><\/li>\n
