This process involves removing the candidate&#8217;s contact information. Additionally, please note that if a blinded resume is found on a record, it will be the default choice when sending an email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"\">Access the candidate&#8217;s name record<\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"\">Navigate to the Resume <\/span>icon on the toolbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span>Select the Blinded option from the menu located on the left side of the screen.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"\">You will be presented with three blinding options:<\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"\"><strong>Upload New Document<\/strong> &#8211; Choose this option if you have an existing blinded copy saved on your computer.
