Zipcode radius sorting can be done from within a rollup list.<\/a> This tool is used to sort rollup lists by candidates who are closest to the job order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Add Sort Order to Your Rollup Layout<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Select Rollups<\/strong> from the Main Toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select Any Rollup<\/strong> list<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Choose Configure<\/strong> from the Action Toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. In the Layout<\/strong> tab, the Rollup List Fields are the field columns visible in your rollup list view. The bottom of the list will have the option for “Click to Set Field”<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click into the Click To Set Field<\/strong> area, and use the dropdown to add Sort Distance<\/strong> to your rollup layouts.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Drag and drop this new field where you would like it to appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Save these changes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Run the Zipcode Radius Sort<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Select Rollups<\/strong> from the Main Toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select Any Rollup<\/strong> list<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Choose Radius Sort<\/strong> from the Action menu on the toolbar(pin this icon to your toolbar for quicker access)<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Choose Set A New Radius Center<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Enter a Zip or City \u00a0and a radius in miles (up to 100 miles)<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Search<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Select an option from the list, radius distance will be calculated from the center of the area you choose.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Removing Zipcode Radius Sort<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. Select Rollups<\/strong> from the Main Toolbar<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select the rollup you are working with that currently has a Radius Sort<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Choose Radius Sort<\/strong> from the Action menu on the toolbar(pin this icon to your toolbar for quicker access)<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Select Remove Distance Sort<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
