You will be returned to the Incoming Mail screen once authentication is complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Office 365:<\/strong> Click the Microsoft option to authenticate with your Office 365 account. You will be returned to the Incoming Mail screen once authentication is complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uncheck <strong>Save sent email to the Sent Items folder<\/strong>. Your mail provider saves sent emails automatically, so leaving this enabled can create duplicates in your Sent folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Start test connection<\/strong>. Click the <strong>edit (pencil) icon<\/strong> on the card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the <strong>Alias Name<\/strong> to your full name. This is the display name recipients will see when you send an email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure <strong>both<\/strong> the <strong>From Address<\/strong> and <strong>Reply To Address<\/strong> fields are populated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the <strong>IMAP Server<\/strong> dropdown to select the server created in the earlier step. This syncs emails sent from PCRecruiter to the Sent folder of your IMAP Server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set a <strong>Delay Between Emails<\/strong>. We recommend <strong>3000 or 5000 ms<\/strong> (3\u20135 seconds) to stay under typical sending rate limits for Microsoft and Google SMTP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign in to authenticate your SMTP Mail Server.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gmail: <\/strong>Click the Google option to authenticate. This automatically populates the SMTP Server, SMTP Username, SMTP Password, and Port fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Office 365:<\/strong> Click the Microsoft option to authenticate. This automatically populates the SMTP Server, SMTP Username, SMTP Password, and Port fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Start test connection<\/strong>.
