This can include things such as Telephone Interviews, In Person Interviews, Background Checks, Referral Calls, and additional options that can be catered to your specific organization. This is great for batch processing to allow you to quickly flip through and identify top candidates. These Pinned Names can then be found in the tab on the left. Clicking a <strong>Name<\/strong> from the Pinned panel will open the record in the Details Pane. From here you can easily flip through all your Pinned Names using the <strong>arrows<\/strong>. Once you select the <strong>icon<\/strong> you can sort Ascending or Descending by the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"l5\">\n<li>Date Entered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity Count<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Whichever option you choose will be displayed as the bottom line on the record card. (Note: The sort feature does work within the Inbox and Placements, but the display will not change to reflect the sort field name). The record card layout can be customized in your system settings. You can also click the <strong>email<\/strong> to send the blinded version. By selecting <strong>Add<\/strong>, the User will be prompted to enter the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"l6\">\n<li>Star Rating: A visual indicator of how \u201cGood or Bad\u201d the Feedback is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feedback Text: The content of the Feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Date\/Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provided by: Who is providing the feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) Step: The specific pipeline step that the feedback applies to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"986\" height=\"842\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/10\/image-47.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13311\" style=\"width:605px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/10\/image-47.png 986w, https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/10\/image-47-300x256.png 300w, https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/10\/image-47-768x656.png 768w, https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/10\/image-47-360x307.png 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 986px) 100vw, 986px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Placements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Placements are the final step in your Pipeline process. Here you will find all Candidates that have been placed either Permanently or on Contract for the Position. To Place a Candidate, simply <strong>drag and drop<\/strong> them into this step, you will then be prompted to <strong>select<\/strong> if it is a <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/placements\/add-a-permanent-placement\/#0-toc-title\">Permanent<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/docs\/placements\/add-a-contracttemp-placement\/\">Contract<\/a> Placement. Once you make a choice you will then be prompted to enter the Placement Details.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"237\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/10\/placement-old-screenshot-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10742\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Once a Candidate is Placed, <strong>right clicking<\/strong> will allow you to View the Placement Details or Delete the Placement (Deleting the Placement will return them to their previous Step).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>By right clicking<\/strong> a Candidate, you can also choose Place Candidate from the action menu. You can, however, click the <strong>arrow<\/strong> to see the details and edit any Interviews as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company Pipeline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Similar to the Name Pipeline, the Company Pipeline screen allows you to see all Positions for a Company and an overview of each Pipeline. This view can be accessed by selecting&nbsp;<strong>Pipeline&nbsp;<\/strong>from the Navigation Menu on a Company Record.
