# Change Log

The Change Log stores information about changes to a record’s field data. The Change Log can be found in the Navigation menu on Name, Company, and Position records.

## Change Log Data

Each Change Log entry contains the following information:

- The user who made the change
- Date of change
- The field that was changed
- Previous value stored in the field
- New value stored in the field
- The screen the value was changed from

Please note this feature is informative and for audit purposes only. You cannot search for changes or run reports on this data.
