# Profile Response Export

Once a profile has been completed for a group of records (either internally or externally) the responses can now be exported. To export your profile responses, you will need to do the following:

1. Access a **rollup list**
2. **Select** the records you would like to export responses for

4. Use the dropdown to **select the Profile** you would like to export
5. Choose a **last modified** date using the Greater Than/Less Than dropdown and selecting a date from the calendar picker. The profile will need to have been completed within the period selected.
