# Source List

Use this option to create a standardized list designed for tagging name records with their referring source. This table is also used for EEO Candidate Self Identification.

1. Click the **System** icon on the Main Toolbar.
2. Click **Database Setup**.
3. Click **EEOC Source (Formerly Diversity Source List)**.
4. Click the**Add** action icon.
5. You must enter a **Source Category** and **Source Name**, the other fields are optional. The Category and Name can be the same value (e.g. Indeed/Indeed).
6. Click **Save**.
