How to Upload an Attachment:
- Select the Attachments navigation icon
- Click Add from the action menu
- Browse for and select the file to upload
- The upload will automatically begin
- Click Done to close the window
How to Add a Linked File:
This option is commonly used to store URL as an attachment rather than storing in a field. This is a legacy feature, we now recommend using a field to store this information for easier access.
- Click the Attachments navigation icon
- Click Add from the action menu
- Click the Linked File charm
- Give the attachment a description and add the URL to the File Name field
- Click Save
How to Add an HTML Page
This option is commonly used to store website pages as an attachment.
- Click the Attachments navigation icon
- Click Add from the action menu
- Click the HTML Charm
- Give the attachment a description and paste the web page or HTML into the HTML text
- Click Save
